What it does

A board pack can run to hundreds of pages and arrive late, so members miss changes and gaps that matter. This agent reads the pack against the last pack and the agreed action log. It finds changes in key numbers, checks whether last meeting's promises were delivered, and spots papers that lack information needed for a decision. A number restated from last time is flagged as a restatement, not a change. It drafts questions and checks that each one cites a page. If a question has no reference, it rereads the section and fixes or drops it. It drafts a short brief and the question list. The board member decides which questions to raise.
