AI agent for creative directors
Campaign Case Study Assembly Agent
A fact-checked, rights-cleared case study ready for client approval
What it does
After a campaign ends, creative directors want case studies for pitches and awards, but gathering numbers, final assets and approvals takes weeks. This agent collects the brief, final assets, launch dates and results from analytics and media reports. It drafts a case study in a challenge, idea, execution and results structure. It checks every number against its source and flags anything without one. It also checks usage rights on each image and video, since some talent or stock licenses do not allow agency self-promotion. If an asset is not cleared, it swaps it for a cleared one or marks it. The director edits the story, and the client approves before anything is published. Edge case: the client changed metrics mid-campaign, so the agent reports both and notes the date of the switch.
How it works
Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

How it decides
A result goes in only when it has a source. An asset goes in only when its license covers agency promotion.
- Use only results with a named report and date
- Prefer results tied to the brief objective over vanity numbers
- Swap any asset whose license excludes self-promotion
- Hold anything under client NDA until the client signs off
