AI agent for sales representatives
Competitive Deal Rescue Agent
A deal-specific plan that answers the competitor's strengths with proof
What it does
When a rival appears in a deal, reps often react with a generic battle card and hope. This agent reads the deal notes and calls to find the competitor, the buyer's criteria and the objections raised. It pulls matching proof points, case studies and reference customers, then maps each objection to the best answer. It tests the plan against what the buyer said they care about, and marks where the competitor looks stronger. It revises the plan whenever new feedback arrives, such as a pricing question or a security review. It prepares a short plan with a next step and drafts the materials. The executive approves what is shared. Edge case: the buyer values integrations the product lacks, so the plan shifts to total cost instead of features.
How it works
Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

How it decides
Each buyer criterion is scored for strength against the competitor. The plan leads with strengths and answers weak spots with proof or a different angle.
- Lead with criteria where the product is stronger
- Reframe, do not argue, on weak criteria
- Use only approved proof points and references
- Recheck the plan after every buyer interaction
