AI agent for technical sales representatives

Sales Proposal Assembly Agent

Proposals that match the buyer's needs using only approved offers and correct pricing.

Sales Proposal Assembly Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

Building a B2B proposal takes hours of copying scope, references and pricing from old documents, and mistakes slip in. This agent starts when an opportunity reaches the proposal stage. It reads the buyer's stated requirements, matches each one to approved offer components in the catalog, and calculates pricing with a traceable formula. It assembles a draft with relevant approved references, then checks the draft for any promise the catalog does not support. A requested capability that is not in the catalog becomes an explicit exception for the deal owner to decide on, not a vague yes. The deal owner approves discounts and sending. Edge case: a requirement worded differently from the catalog is matched only when the component truly covers it, otherwise it is an exception.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

An example run

What happensFor a 300-seat logistics buyer, the agent maps 17 requirements. Sixteen match catalog components, but on-premise hosting does not, so it becomes an exception. The pricing totals $96,000 per year. The second check finds a sentence promising '24/7 phone support', which the plan does not include. It replaces it with exception wording, and the deal owner approves a 5% discount and sends.
