AI agent for influencer marketing managers

Creator Payment and Deliverable Reconciliation Agent

Pay creators correctly for delivered work

Creator Payment and Deliverable Reconciliation Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

Creator contracts set deliverables and payment terms, and paying for posts that never went live wastes budget. This agent tracks each creator's deliverables: posts, stories, usage rights and dates. When an invoice arrives, it reads the contract and the deliverables log and checks that every item was posted on time and as agreed, and that the invoice amount matches the contract. If something is missing or different, it sends the issue back to the creator and checks again once it is fixed. It then reconciles total payments with the campaign budget and flags any overrun before payment. Usage rights are checked so the brand knows what it can reuse. The manager approves every payment; the agent only queues it after approval. Edge case: a late post may reduce payment, but only when the contract says so.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

An example run

What happensA creator invoices $4,500 for 3 videos and 6 stories. The agent reads the contract and the deliverables log. The check fails: only 4 stories went live, and one video posted 5 days late with a 10% late fee in the contract. The agent recalculates the amount at $3,750 and confirms it fits the campaign budget. The manager approves that payment, and it is queued.
