What it does

Seeding programs send free products to dozens of creators, and then nobody knows who received a box or posted. The agent builds the shipping list from the approved creator list with sizes and addresses and tracks each parcel through the carrier. When a parcel shows delivered, it checks with the creator that it arrived. If a parcel is stuck or lost, it asks the manager to approve a resend. After a set number of days, it checks the creator's accounts for a post or story that features the product and, if none appears, sends a polite nudge. It records outcomes, such as posted, replied without posting, or silent. Creators who stay silent after two nudges are flagged for removal from the list. Edge case: a creator posts under a new handle. The manager approves outreach and spend.

How it decides

A creator is on track when the parcel is delivered and acknowledged. A post is counted only if it shows the product and the required tag.

  • Check for a post 10 days after delivery
