AI agent for customer experience managers

CX Improvement Initiative Tracking Agent

Know which CX improvements worked and which need another look

CX Improvement Initiative Tracking Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

Customer experience projects get launched with energy and then nobody checks whether they worked. For each initiative, this agent records the problem, owner, target metric and baseline. Every two weeks it checks progress with owners and pulls the target metric. After the change goes live, it compares results with the baseline and with a similar period last year to account for seasonality. If the metric did not move, it checks whether the change was fully rolled out and whether another cause is behind the problem, then updates the status. It drafts a portfolio summary for leadership. The manager approves closing or extending any initiative. Edge case: an initiative that improves one metric but hurts another, such as fewer calls but lower satisfaction, is flagged.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

How it decides

It judges each initiative by its target metric against baseline and a same-period comparison.

  • Wait four weeks after go-live before judging
  • Flag initiatives that hurt another key metric
  • Partial rollouts are judged on the rolled-out part only

An example run

What happensA new returns page aimed to cut return-related contacts by 20%. After six weeks, on May 15, they had fallen only 4%. The result check failed, so the agent checked rollout and found the page was live only on desktop. It set the status to partly rolled out. The manager approved a four-week extension while mobile was fixed.
