AI agent for customer experience managers

Hospitality Review Recovery Coordination Agent

Every recurring complaint leads to a verified operational fix.

Hospitality Review Recovery Coordination Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

Recurring guest complaints, such as noisy air conditioning or slow breakfast service, often get a polite reply but no real fix. When feedback arrives, this agent links it to a specific service issue and owner using the hotel's issue list. If an open task already exists for that issue, it links the repeat to it; otherwise it creates a new improvement task. It drafts a response to the guest. The guest experience manager approves any reply or compensation. The agent then checks closure evidence. A note saying a repair is planned is not enough; without completion evidence, the task reopens. Edge case: three guests in the same week complain about one room, so the agent links all three to a single task and raises its priority.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

  • Issue and owner come from the issue list.
  • Repeat complaints link to the existing open task.
  • Close only with completion evidence.
  • Compensation needs the manager's approval.

An example run

What happensOn August 11 a guest in room 418 reports a noisy AC. An open task exists from August 3, so the agent links the repeat. It drafts a reply, and the manager approves it with a breakfast voucher. On August 13 the task closes with the note AC repair scheduled. The evidence check fails, so the agent reopens it. The engineer's completion note arrives August 15.
