AI agent for sustainability analysts
Disclosure Framework Gap Agent
Know before the deadline which disclosures are met and which need work, with owners and dates.
What it does
Sustainability reporting standards are updated, new ones arrive, and the work to meet every required disclosure is often discovered close to the deadline. This agent takes the framework or frameworks the company must report under, breaks them into individual disclosure requirements, and compares each with the data and text the company already has. It marks each as met, partly met or missing, and lists the owner, the data needed and the due date. It tracks fixes as owners respond, and rechecks each item when new data or text arrives. It also watches for changes to the framework itself and updates the list. It never submits a report. The analyst approves the gap list. Edge case: a disclosure that is not material under the company's assessment is recorded with the reason, not as a gap.
How it works
Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.
