What it does

Sustainability reports and customer questionnaires need data from HR, finance and operations, and collecting it takes months. This agent maps each required data point to its owner, sends requests with a template and deadline, and tracks replies. It checks each answer for completeness and for consistency with last year. If an answer is missing, or changed a lot without explanation, it asks the owner. A definition change, such as a new headcount method, must be noted in the report. Once data is in, it drafts the report sections and checks every figure in the text matches the collected data. The sustainability manager approves the final data and text.
