What it does

Grants and subsidy programs have deadlines and paperwork that farmers rarely have time to track. This agent searches for programs the farm may qualify for, using its size, crops, location and practices. It checks the eligibility rules one by one, lists the documents each program needs, and pulls them from the farm's records. It finds the gaps, such as a missing map or yield record, and asks the farmer for them. When everything is in place it prepares the application and checks that every required field and attachment is complete. The farmer approves submission. Edge case: a program that closes in three days is moved to the top and flagged as urgent.
