What it does

Reaching out for conversations with people in a new field is slow, and replies are not followed up. The agent builds a target list of people by role and company, using the job seeker's own contacts and public pages, and drafts personal requests for a short chat. It tracks replies, schedules one follow-up when there is no answer and then moves on, and after each call it logs notes and the people suggested for the next conversation. It checks that each message is personal and not a repeat. The user approves every message before it is sent. Edge case: someone who replies months later, which the agent flags as warm and not as a failed contact.
