Job Search Pipeline Tracker Agent

Every application tracked with the next action done on time

Job Search Pipeline Tracker Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

An active job search can mean 30 or more open applications at different stages, and follow-ups slip. This agent reads application confirmations, recruiter emails and calendar invites daily, and updates a pipeline with each company's stage and last contact. It works out the next action: a follow-up after 10 business days with no reply, a thank-you note within 24 hours of an interview, or interview prep. It drafts those messages, allowing at most two follow-ups per application. The person reviews and sends every message. Each week it checks for applications past their follow-up window and builds a pipeline report so the person or coach can see if the search is working. Edge case: a rejection email closes the item and suggests asking for feedback only if an interview took place.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

An example run

What happensThe pipeline had 34 applications. The weekly check found six with no reply after 10 business days, so the agent drafted follow-ups and the person sent them. An interview with a logistics firm happened Tuesday, Sep 16, and the thank-you note was drafted that afternoon. The report showed 5 screens and 2 interviews, a 15% screen rate, and the coach approved a change in target roles.
