AI agent for vice president of sales
Key Account Executive Sponsor Rotation Agent
Make sure every key account has an active executive sponsor with regular contact
What it does
A company assigns an executive sponsor to each key account, and a year later half of them have not spoken to the customer. The customer feels ignored and renewal risk grows. This agent keeps sponsors engaged. It reviews sponsor contact logs from the CRM and calendars, flags accounts with no executive contact in the last 90 days and proposes sponsor matches by industry, past relationship and availability. It checks the sponsor's calendar for open slots and suggests a specific touch such as a call or a visit. After a booking it rechecks that the contact happened and was logged. The VP approves all assignments. Edge case: a sponsor is on leave. The agent proposes a backup sponsor.
How it works
Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.
