AI agent for marketing coordinators
Live Event Social Coverage Agent
Cover the key moments with accurate posts, even as the schedule changes.
What it does
At a live event, the social team juggles speakers, photos and quotes, and the schedule changes while posts are queued. Before the event the agent builds a coverage plan from the agenda: key moments, shots to capture, quotes to catch, the hashtag and who covers what. During the event it tracks which moments have been captured and drafts posts from the photos, notes and quotes the team uploads, checking names and titles against the speaker list. When the schedule shifts, such as a delayed keynote, it adjusts the plan, reorders the drafts and flags posts that are now wrong. It checks each draft against the sponsor and embargo rules. After the event it assembles a recap list. Edge case: a speaker who asks not to be quoted. The coordinator approves every post.
How it works
Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.
Read the steps as a list
- Event plan is requested
- Build the coverage plan with moments, shots and owners
- Coordinator approves the planThe agent waits here for your OK.
- During the event, read uploaded photos and notes
- Mark each planned moment captured or missing
- Draft posts from the material with names and quotes
- Do names, titles and quotes match the speaker list and notes? If not: correct the draft or mark it for the coordinator to confirm. Back to step 6.
- Check the agenda for changes and sponsor or embargo rules
- Is the plan still valid after any schedule change? If not: rebuild the order of moments and flag drafts that are now wrong. Back to step 2.
- Coordinator approves each postThe agent waits here for your OK.
- Recap list with posts and missed moments
How it decides
Moments are ranked by importance. A draft is ready when names, titles and quotes match the speaker list and the notes and no rule blocks it.
- Rank keynotes and sponsor moments first
- Do not quote anyone without a note or recording
- Hold any post on an embargoed announcement
- Post at most 1 item per moment unless it is a keynote
