AI agent for content marketing managers

Content Distribution Preparation Agent

Channel-ready drafts that stay true to the approved source.

Content Distribution Preparation Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

Turning one approved article into posts for every channel takes too long, and shortened versions often lose important details. This agent picks the right passage and format for each channel, then drafts each version using only what the source says. It checks length limits, links, claims and image rights. If a draft drops a qualification, adds a claim the source does not support, or uses an image without rights, it revises the draft. Anything it cannot fix goes to editorial review. It builds a draft schedule with each post linked back to its source passage. The editor approves before anything is scheduled. Edge case: a shortened post drops 'for teams over 10 people'.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

How it decides

  • Qualifications must survive shortening.
  • Claims or images that cannot be verified go to editorial review.

An example run

What happensAn article on remote onboarding is approved on 4 November. The agent drafts posts for LinkedIn, X, the newsletter and Instagram. The check fails on the LinkedIn draft, which dropped 'for teams over 10 people', and on an Instagram image with no license record. It restores the qualification and swaps in a licensed image. All drafts pass on the second round. The editor approves the schedule.
