AI agent for diversity and inclusion managers

Mentoring Match Agent

Create pairs that meet regularly and move a pair that does not.

Mentoring Match Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

Poor mentor matches lead to a few meetings and then silence. For each program cycle, this agent reads the mentor and mentee forms and matches by goals, skills, availability and preferences. It checks conflicts such as reporting lines or same team, and proposes pairs with reasons. The manager approves. It then tracks whether pairs meet and collects short progress notes. If a pair does not meet within the window, it flags the pair and proposes a new match. Edge case: a mentor has too many requests, so the agent spreads matches rather than overloading them.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

An example run

What happensOf 24 mentees, one request landed on a mentor already holding 2. The check failed and the agent spread the pairing to another mentor with matching goals. One pair had not met after 30 days. The agent reminded them, got no reply, flagged the pair and proposed a new mentor. The manager approved the change.
