What it does
A notary gets much of their work from title companies, lawyers, banks and real estate agents. Most referrers are contacted only when the notary remembers, so work goes elsewhere. This agent tracks referral partners, the jobs each one sent and the date of last contact. It suggests outreach by partner, for example a thank-you after a big month or a check-in after 60 days of silence. It drafts the messages in the notary's tone and tracks replies. If a partner declines, it stops. If a partner replies with a question, it prepares an answer for the notary to send. The notary approves each message. Edge case: a partner who sent no jobs in six months gets one reactivation message and is then paused.

How it decides
Ranks partners by value and time since last contact, and contacts only those over the gap limit who have not asked to stop.
