Packaging Supplier Qualification Agent
Qualify new packaging suppliers on evidence before the first order.
What it does
A new packaging supplier is often approved because the price is good, and quality problems appear after the first order. This agent collects the supplier's certificates, audit reports and sample test results and checks them against the qualification list. It requests anything missing, scores the supplier on each requirement, and recommends qualified, conditional or not qualified. When a requirement fails it asks the supplier for a corrective plan and rechecks the evidence. The engineer approves qualification. The result is a short scorecard the engineer can read in minutes, with every open item listed by name. Edge case: a certificate that has expired is not counted until the new one arrives.

It scores each requirement as met or not met on documents and tests, and recommends qualification only when all critical items are met.
