AI agent for preschool teachers

Preschool Weekly Plan Agent

Safe weekly plans that cover all domains

Preschool Weekly Plan Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

Preschool weekly plans should cover every learning domain, match the theme and be safe for every child, which is a lot to hold in mind on a Thursday afternoon. This agent drafts a week plan from the theme with circle times, centers, outdoor play and stories. It favors activities that target gaps found in development tracking. It then checks each activity against domain coverage and the class allergy and safety lists. If a domain is missing, it adds an activity for it. If an activity uses an allergen like peanuts or latex balloons, it swaps it for a safe one, then checks the whole plan again. The goal is zero allergens and every domain covered each week. The teacher approves the plan before it is posted. Edge case: messy play materials such as shaving foam or paint are checked against skin sensitivities noted in children's records.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

An example run

What happensFor the April garden theme, the agent drafted a week of circle times, centers and stories. The check found a peanut butter bird feeder activity in a class with one peanut allergy, and no gross motor activity on Wednesday. It looped back, swapped in a seed and oat feeder and added a planting relay. Teacher Mia Long approved the plan.
