What it does
Journalists ask questions with tight deadlines, while the facts and spokesperson approvals sit in different places. When a press inquiry arrives, this agent pulls out each factual question and searches the approved fact library for a current, approved source. It drafts answers only where that support exists. Questions it cannot answer go to an internal owner as a task with the journalist's deadline, ordered by urgency. When a fact or approval changes before sending, it refreshes the draft. The communications lead approves and sends every response. The agent never takes positions or agrees to embargoes. Edge case: the journalist asks for headcount and no current approved number exists, so HR gets a task.
