AI agent for public affairs specialists

Stakeholder Brief Update Agent

Current, documented stakeholder briefs.

Stakeholder Brief Update Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

Stakeholder briefs for officials, community groups or partners often carry stale facts about past meetings and commitments. Before a stakeholder meeting, this agent finds what has changed since the last brief, using only documented interactions such as meeting notes, letters and logged calls. It checks each change against the supporting record. If a change is not documented, it keeps the old fact and flags it. When two records conflict, it keeps both with their sources. It prepares a dated revision of the brief. It never guesses or profiles anyone's beliefs or politics. Public affairs reviews the brief and handles any outreach. Edge case: the record shows a planned site visit was postponed, so the brief is updated.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

An example run

What happensA meeting with a regional council member is set for 5 May. The agent finds 4 changes since the March brief. The documentation check fails for one: a colleague's note says the council 'now supports' the project, with no record behind it. The agent keeps the old fact and flags it. The logged letter shows the site visit moved to June, which it updates. Public affairs approves.
