AI agent for internal communications managers
Corporate Announcement Consistency Agent
Every announcement variant says the same thing.
What it does
When the master facts of an announcement change, the executive notes, employee FAQs and press materials often fall out of step. When the master is revised, this agent finds every document that depends on it. It updates review copies of each one and then compares dates, figures and key messages across all versions. If any version still differs, it repairs that document and runs the comparison again until everything matches. It keeps a list of what changed in each document. The communications director approves distribution and any change to the company's position. Edge case: one employee FAQ still has the old launch date, so the agent fixes it and reruns the comparison.
How it works
Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.
