What it does

A client returns from a honeymoon and books her next trip with a website the following spring. The agent never called at the right moment. This agent finds the moment. It tracks past trip dates, preferences and budgets, finds seasonal fits and current deals, and drafts two trip ideas per client with a short reason, such as your 5-year anniversary is in June. It checks availability and price for each idea, and drops any that fail budget or entry rules such as visa or vaccine limits. It tracks replies and updates preferences. The agent approves each outreach. Edge case: the trip idea needs a passport that expires soon. The agent flags the passport rule and suggests a different place.
