What it does

Workers need role-based safety training with refresher dates, and sites need regular drills, but records live in different places. Each week this agent builds a training matrix from job roles and requirements, compares it with training records, and lists who is overdue or due within 30 days. The specialist approves the session and drill schedule, and the agent sends reminders to supervisors. After each session it records completions and drill results. If scheduled workers missed training or a drill ran over its target time, it reschedules the missed workers and plans a follow-up drill. Role changes need training before the new tasks start. Edge case: a worker moving to a new role gets the new requirements added at once and cannot be scheduled for those tasks until trained.

An example run
