AI agent for managers

Target Account Qualification Agent

A ranked, evidence-based target account list

Target Account Qualification Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

Business development needs a focused list of companies worth pursuing, not a long list of names. This agent takes the ideal customer profile and searches public sources and the CRM for matching companies. It scores each on size, industry, region and signals such as hiring or funding, and records the evidence for each score. It then tests the scoring against recent won deals: if past winners would have scored low, the criteria are wrong, so it adjusts them and rescores. It checks the CRM for existing relationships, flagging companies that are already customers of another division. It drafts a ranked list with suggested first contacts. The manager approves the list before any outreach. Edge case: a company is already a customer of another division, so the agent flags it for coordination.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

An example run

What happensFor the Q3 plan, the first scoring rated 4 of 10 recent wins low because they had under 200 staff, so the back-test failed. The agent widened the size range and rescored; 8 of 10 wins now scored high. The list held 120 accounts, and the CRM check flagged 6 existing customers of another division. The manager approved 114 for outreach.
