What it does

Receiving sites often find missing details only after the transfer has started, such as vessel geometry or a hold time the plant cannot meet. This agent compares the transfer documents with the receiving site's equipment list and capabilities. It flags mismatches in equipment sizes, mixing, hold times, raw materials and analytical methods. For each mismatch, it drafts a clarification request to the sending team. When answers arrive, it updates the gap list and rechecks the remaining items. The scientist approves the transfer package. Edge case: the process needs a 4 hour hold at 5 degrees but the site's tanks cannot cool below 10, so the agent marks it critical.
