Training Material Localization Agent

Localized materials that are accurate and fit local learners

Training Material Localization Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

Training rolled out in other countries needs more than translation, or learners meet the wrong terms, currencies and laws. This agent takes the source materials and a glossary of company terms and gets a translation from the chosen tool. It then checks the result: glossary terms used correctly, text that fits on slides, and examples, currencies, names and laws that need local versions. It lists issues by page and sends failing pages back for fixing or re-translation, then checks again until all pages pass. A local reviewer approves the materials before release. Edge case: legal or safety content is always flagged for review by a local expert, even when it passes every automated check.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

An example run

What happensThe safety course was approved for Spanish in July. The agent ran the translation and checked 42 pages. Page 17 used the wrong term for lockout and page 23 had text overflowing the box. The check failed, so it fixed the term from the glossary and shortened the text. Local reviewer Marta Cruz found one more idiom. She approved the course after the fix.
