What it does

Final transcripts leave with a missing exhibit, a wrong file type or a recipient who should not have it. Each mistake costs a resend and sometimes a complaint. This agent gathers the transcript, exhibit files, index and certificate. It checks page counts, file types and names against the order, and checks the recipient list against the order record and ordering party. Anything missing goes back to the reporter with a plain list. After fixes it rechecks the package from the start. It does not send. Edge case: Exhibit 7 is listed in the index but the file in the folder is a duplicate of Exhibit 6, so the agent flags it by comparing file contents and page counts.
