AI agent for judges
Trial Readiness Conference Agent
Each case is ready for trial or has a documented list of what is not.
What it does
Cases reach trial without exhibits lists, witness lists or settled objections. The trial readiness conference becomes a task meeting. This agent checks the pretrial order against filings and lists what is missing: exhibit lists, witness lists, motions in limine and objections. It drafts reminders and a compliance note for each case. Two days before the conference it rereads the docket, because parties often file at the last minute, and updates each note so the judge sees only what is still open. If an item is still missing, it adds it to the list for the conference instead of dropping it. It decides what counts as late by the dates in the pretrial order, not by the clerk's receipt. The judge approves every order and notice. Edge case: a party filed a witness list but did not file the required objections, so the agent notes both.
How it works
Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.
