AI agent for veterinarians
Veterinary Record Completion Agent
Complete records daily
What it does
Every visit record must include history, exam findings, assessment, plan and matching charges, and incomplete records cause billing errors and legal risk. At the end of each day this agent checks every record from that day against the required parts. It compares charges with the services and drugs noted, so a drug given but not charged is caught. It sends each vet a list of their gaps, such as a missing assessment. The next morning it checks again after the vet's edits. Records still open after the set window are reported to the practice manager. The vet makes every record edit. Edge case: controlled drug use noted in a record must match the controlled drug log, and any mismatch is flagged for the vet and manager.
How it works
Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.
