Lighter MCP server

This is a small helper that connects your AI assistant to Lighter, a crypto trading exchange. Once it is set up, you can ask your AI to look at prices, check your balance, or place a trade, and it will do it for you. It is handy if you already trade on Lighter or want to try it without clicking around the website.

What this MCP server does

You type a request in plain words, like asking about a price or telling it to buy something. Your AI passes that request to this helper. The helper then talks to Lighter, the exchange, over the internet. Lighter sends back the answer or carries out the trade. Your AI shows you the result in the chat, like a price, a list of your positions, or a confirmation that an order was placed.

What it gives back to you

You get answers right in the chat. That can be a list of markets, a price, your balance, or your open positions. When you place or cancel an order, it tells you what it did. It does not send files; everything shows up as text in the conversation.
