Propstack MCP server

Let your AI search contacts, manage properties, track deals and plan viewings in your Propstack CRM.
This is a small helper that connects your AI assistant to your Propstack real estate CRM. Once it is set up, you can just talk to your AI in normal words and it will look up contacts, properties, deals and appointments for you. It is handy for estate agents, property managers and anyone who works in Propstack every day.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat. It cannot see your Propstack data or change anything there. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill, in this case a connection to your Propstack CRM. You ask your AI something, the AI passes the request to this helper, and the helper talks to Propstack for you.
What this MCP server does
You type a request in plain language, like asking who is looking for a three room flat in Berlin. Your AI sends that request to this helper, which talks to your Propstack account. Propstack sends back the matching contacts, properties or deals, and the helper hands them to your AI. Your AI then shows you a clear answer in the chat, and if you asked it to change something, it makes that change in your CRM.

What it gives back to you
You get answers in the chat: lists of contacts or properties, summaries of deals, counts and values per pipeline stage, or a full briefing on one person. When you ask it to create or update something, it tells you what it did, for example that a contact was created and a reminder was set. You can also ask for only certain fields, like names and emails, to keep the answer short and focused.

What you need
- A Propstack account
- A Propstack API key from Verwaltung > API-Schluessel in your Propstack CRM (a kind of password for apps)
- The Claude desktop app, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Cursor IDE to connect it to
Good to know
This helper can change and delete things in your Propstack CRM, and it sends personal data from your CRM into the AI you connect, so use it carefully and only with data you are allowed to share.
