Gondola is a travel helper that your AI can talk to. It looks up hotels, flights and rental cars and shows you the cash price next to the points price, so you can tell at a glance whether using your points is a good deal. It is handy for anyone who collects hotel or airline points and wants to spend them well.

What is an MCP server? The 30-second version

On its own, your AI can only chat with you. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill, here the ability to look up travel prices and your loyalty accounts. When you ask your AI about a trip, it passes the question to Gondola, and Gondola answers with real hotel, flight and car results. You never have to leave the chat or open a booking site to compare.

What this MCP server does

You ask your AI something like find hotels in Tokyo for these dates and show cash versus points. Your AI sends that request to Gondola. Gondola searches hotels, flights or rental cars across many chains and loyalty programs, and works out how much each point is worth in cents. It hands the results back to your AI, which shows them to you in the chat. If you want, Gondola can also give you a direct link to finish the booking.

What it gives back to you

You get back a list of options with prices, points costs and a cents-per-point value for each one. For hotels you also see details like reviews and per-night breakdowns. If you are signed in, it can show your point balances, trips and rate alerts. Booking links come back as a clickable link you can open to finish the reservation.
