Binance Alpha MCP server
by kukapay
Lets your AI track Binance Alpha token trades and show you which tokens are trading the most.

This is a small helper program that connects your AI assistant to live Binance Alpha trading activity. It watches buy-side trades for Alpha tokens and turns them into simple tables and numbers you can read in the chat. It is handy if you follow Binance Alpha and want a quick view of what is moving without opening a bunch of tabs.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with you. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to an app or service. This one connects your AI to Binance Alpha trading data on the BNB Chain. Once it is running, you can ask your AI about Alpha tokens and it will look up the numbers for you.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI something like which Alpha tokens are trading the most right now. The AI passes that question to this helper program. The helper listens to live on-chain trade events for Binance Alpha tokens and checks current prices to work out trade values in US dollars. It keeps recent trades in memory for about an hour, then hands back a table or a set of numbers that your AI shows you in the chat.
Click to zoomWhat you can do with it
- See the top Binance Alpha tokens ranked by USD trading volume
- Get a markdown table with symbol, USD volume, token name, and address
- Check the smallest, largest, and middle trade values over the recent window
- See how trades are spread across different USD value ranges
- Ask for a specific number of tokens or buckets in the results
- Look at what has been trading in roughly the last hour
Try asking your AI
- “Which Binance Alpha tokens have the highest trading volume right now?”
- “Show me the top 15 Alpha tokens by USD volume.”
- “What are the trade size stats for Alpha tokens in the last hour?”
- “Give me a distribution of Alpha trades by USD value in 8 buckets.”
What it gives back to you
You get back a short markdown table or a few lines of numbers. For top tokens, that is a list with symbol, USD volume, name, and address. For trade stats, you get the minimum, maximum, and median trade value plus a small table showing how many trades fall in each USD range. It all appears right in your chat as plain text.
Before you start
What you need
- Node.js version 18 or higher
- npm to install the project's dependencies
- A BNB Chain WebSocket endpoint and an HTTP RPC endpoint (you can get these from services like Infura or QuikNode)
- An MCP client such as Claude Desktop to connect the server
Good to know
It only reads public trading data, but the numbers cover a short recent window and are not financial advice.
