Lecka Race Nutrition MCP server
by mgnirck
Ask your AI to build a race-day carb, sodium and fluid plan and suggest Lecka products for it.

This is a small helper that connects your AI assistant to Lecka, a sports nutrition brand. Once it is connected, you can describe your race and your body, and your AI will work out how much to eat and drink and which Lecka products fit. It is handy for runners, cyclists and triathletes who plan their own fueling.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with you. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to an app or service. This one connects your AI to Lecka, so it can look up Lecka products and run Lecka's fueling calculations for you. You just ask in normal words, and the AI uses this helper behind the scenes.
What this MCP server does
You tell your AI about your race: how long it is, how hard you plan to go, and a few details about you like your weight. Your AI sends that to this helper, which asks Lecka for the product list and runs the fueling calculation. Then it hands the numbers back, and your AI explains them to you in the chat. If you want, it can also pull the carb, calorie and electrolyte details for a specific product.
Click to zoomWhat you can do with it
- Get a carb, sodium and fluid target for your race
- See which Lecka products match your plan
- Look up nutrition details for a single Lecka product
- Browse the full Lecka product catalog
- Adjust the plan when your race length or conditions change
- Compare fueling needs for a short race versus a long one
Try asking your AI
- “I am running a marathon in warm weather, about 4 hours, I weigh 70 kg. What should I eat and drink?”
- “Build me a fueling plan for a 5 hour bike ride at moderate effort.”
- “Which Lecka products should I take for a hot half Ironman?”
- “Show me the carbs and sodium in Lecka's gels.”
What it gives back to you
You get a fueling plan in the chat: how many grams of carbs per hour, how much sodium, and how much fluid to drink. It also suggests Lecka products that fit those numbers, with their nutrition details. Everything comes back as text and lists you can read and copy into your own notes.
