A2ASearch is a search helper for the world of AI tools. It keeps a list of thousands of MCP servers, AI agents, command line tools and agent skills, and lets your AI look through that list when you ask. It is handy if you keep hearing about a tool and want to know if it exists, what it does, and how popular it is.

What is an MCP server? The 30-second version

On its own, your AI can only chat with you using what it already knows. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI one extra skill or a connection to a service. This one connects your AI to the A2ASearch directory, a big catalogue of AI tools. Once it is added, your AI can search that catalogue for you and bring back answers in the chat.
