This is a helper from CRIC (克而瑞) that connects your AI assistant to their property management knowledge platform. It is made for people who work in property management, real estate services, or community operations. Once it is connected, your AI can pull industry news and search a library of property-related knowledge for you.

What is an MCP server? The 30-second version

On its own, your AI can only chat with you using what it already knows. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to an outside service. This one connects your AI to the CRIC Wuye AI platform, a knowledge service for the property management industry. So when you ask a question, your AI can go and look things up there instead of guessing.

What this MCP server does

You ask your AI a question about property management, like what happened in the industry today or what the rules say about a certain situation. Your AI then uses this helper to reach the CRIC Wuye AI platform. The platform searches its knowledge library or its daily news feed and sends back the matching text. Your AI reads that and answers you in the chat. You never have to open the platform yourself.

What it gives back to you

You get answers written in the chat, based on text pulled from the CRIC Wuye AI platform. Depending on what you ask, that could be a short news summary, a list of matching knowledge items, or a longer passage from a research document or legal case. The platform can also format results as clean Markdown text if that option is turned on.
