Africon, Adansi Travels, and Vaurse Train 100 HR Leaders in Ghana on AI
Africon, a prominent African AI consultancy, teamed up with Adansi Travels and Vaurse to deliver a free AI training program to nearly 100 Human Resource (HR) leaders across Ghana. This initiative focused on equipping HR professionals with AI tools and strategies that improve efficiency and modernize HR practices amid digital transformation.
The sessions took place at the Adansi Travel House in Accra and covered practical uses of AI technologies like ChatGPT, Gamma, and NotebookLM in HR workflows. Participants learned how to automate routine administrative tasks, enhance recruitment, and apply data-driven methods to boost employee engagement and organizational culture.
