Before joining Bic, Schwartz spent five years at Michelin as VP of B2B marketing for North America, managing a $4 billion brand portfolio across seven categories. She began her career with Procter & Gamble, holding various brand management and engineering roles, including senior brand manager for global Head & Shoulders innovation.
