Arab Foundation Launches Executive Program on AI and Management 4.0

The Artificial Intelligence Journalism for Research and Forecasting Foundation (AIJRF) announced the launch of an executive education program aimed at preparing 100 Arab leaders to integrate artificial intelligence and Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies into their organizations.

The program, called AI & Management 4.0 Leaders (AIML), will run in five cohorts of 20 senior executives each over the first phase. It targets CEOs, board members, managing directors, and other C-suite leaders across public and private sectors.

What the Program Covers

The 20-hour curriculum focuses on practical skills for executives, including how to build transformation roadmaps, implement Management 4.0 systems, and use AI for decision-making and administrative automation.

A key emphasis is agentic AI - autonomous systems that can execute tasks and support operational management without constant human direction. The program also covers smart performance metrics, executive cybersecurity, and digital transformation strategy.

Who Can Apply

Applicants must hold senior leadership positions with authority to drive AI integration in their organizations. They must commit to full attendance and active participation in the program.

The target audience includes university presidents, college deans, business owners, and leaders of large and medium-sized enterprises.

Why This Matters

AIJRF CEO Mohammed Abdulzaher said many organizations in the region still lack capabilities in data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled governance. The program is designed to help executives move from traditional management structures to agile, intelligent institutions.

"The future of leadership will depend on combining human intelligence with machine intelligence in managing operations, making decisions, and delivering smarter services," Abdulzaher said.

Participants who complete the program will be honored at a recognition ceremony. AIJRF, founded in 2018 in the United Arab Emirates, currently runs more than 120 training programs focused on AI and media.

For executives seeking to strengthen their AI for Executives & Strategy capabilities or understand AI for Management systems, similar structured learning approaches are available through other professional development providers.
