AnyTeam raises $10M to launch an AI-native sales OS built for reps

AnyTeam Inc. closed a $10 million seed round led by SignalFire with participation from Crosslink Capital and 40+ angels, including executives from Alphabet, Salesforce, and Elastic. The company is opening early access for what it calls the first "AI-native sales operating system." The aim: remove busywork so reps can spend more time selling.

According to AnyTeam, the average rep loses up to 70% of their time to prep, presentations, and related admin. For companies, quarterly sales costs can run 25% to 60% of total spend-often hundreds of millions in overhead for public firms. That's the workflow tax AnyTeam is targeting.

How it works

The platform acts as an always-on, context-aware layer that supports reps before, during, and after every customer interaction. Unlike traditional SaaS tools, it runs AI locally on the user's device for quick responses and reduced dependency on the cloud.

  • Account Agent: Centralizes prospect and customer insights so you walk into meetings prepared without hours of manual research.
  • Call Companion: Provides real-time guidance and meeting intelligence during live calls to keep conversations on track and outcomes clear.
  • Sales Studio: Generates customized decks, one-pagers, and follow-ups on demand using your data sources.

Integrations that fit your stack

AnyTeam connects with calendars, email, CRM systems, and messaging tools like Slack to maintain context across every touchpoint. That lets it automate routine tasks-notes, summaries, action items-so you can move straight to the next conversation.

  • Works alongside CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Captures collaboration context from tools like Slack.

Why this matters for your quota

  • Time back: Cut prep and admin so more hours go to pipeline generation and live selling.
  • Better execution: Walk into every call with context and get real-time prompts to handle objections and next steps.
  • Consistency at scale: Standardize discovery, messaging, and follow-up across teams without adding meetings.
  • Speed and privacy: On-device AI reduces latency and limits data leaving your machine.
  • Faster ramp: Give new AEs the guidance they need to perform like veterans sooner.

What the founders say

"Revenue is the most important function in every organization, yet scaling B2B sales remains fundamentally broken," said Co-founder and Chief Growth Officer Jeff Yoshimura. Chief Executive Ajay Arora added that the platform aims to "take the work out of work," helping reps operate as "full-stack AEs" who focus on selling and serving customers.

Practical next steps for sales leaders

  • Identify 2-3 manual tasks to automate first: meeting prep, notes, and follow-ups are low-hanging fruit.
  • Audit your data sources and permissions so the OS can access calendars, email, CRM, and messaging safely.
  • Define a simple success scoreboard: time saved per rep, meetings per week, stage conversion, and cycle time.
  • Pilot with a pod for 30 days, then expand based on measurable impact.
  • Upskill the team on AI-assisted workflows with targeted resources like AI courses by job.

Availability

AnyTeam's platform is available in early access. If your team spends most of its week in prep and admin, this is worth a focused pilot to validate time saved and lift in opportunities created.
