Atrium launches AIR and ZephyrIQ for instant workforce insights
Jan 26, 2026 - New York. Atrium announced AIR (Atrium Innovation & Research), a new technology lab and product incubator focused on practical workforce tech. The first product out of AIR is ZephyrIQ, a conversational AI platform that gives HR, Procurement, and program leaders instant insight from extended workforce data without manual reporting or clunky dashboards.
Atrium brings 30+ years of experience in contingent workforce programs to this effort. AIR will identify gaps HR teams face in everyday operations and build tools that close them. Brad Martin, Chief Revenue Officer, will lead AIR as President, overseeing product direction and go-to-market.
