Construction Platform BuilderHelp Launches June 1 Targeting Mid-Sized Contractors
BuilderHelp, an Auburn, Alabama-based firm, will launch GetBuilderHelp.com on June 1, 2026, offering project management software designed for general contractors managing $5 million to $65 million in annual revenue.
The platform automates scheduling, centralizes communication across project teams and subcontractors, and stores project data for future analysis. The company reports a waitlist exceeding 50 contractors ahead of launch.
Built by Construction Professionals, Not Software Engineers
Wesley Stallings, BuilderHelp's founder, said the platform emerged from frustration with how contractors lose money through poor communication and manual data entry. "We didn't build this in a tech lab; we built it because we were tired of watching general contractors lose money due to poor communication and manual data entry," Stallings said.
The team prioritized field usability over back-office analytics. Tools that supervisors and crews can adopt quickly are critical to implementation success, the company said.
Key Features
- Automated scheduling: Predictive AI agents and automation adjust timelines to prevent delays
- Unified communication: Single platform connecting owners, contractors and subcontractors
- Data storage and analysis: Historical project information enables better bidding, risk forecasting and performance optimization
Why Contractors Are Ready
Construction firms face mounting pressure to digitize. Labor shortages, rising project complexity and tighter margins push contractors toward real-time data visibility and cost control.
Mid-sized contractors often lack access to enterprise-level tools. BuilderHelp targets this gap by combining AI for management capabilities with straightforward design.
The platform replaces fragmented workflows built on spreadsheets, email chains and disconnected legacy systems.
What Comes Next
Early interest suggests adoption could be strong if the platform delivers on usability. Success would signal that contractors are ready to move beyond manual processes-provided the software works on jobsites, not just in offices.
