Banzai to Acquire ConnectAndSell, Adding $15M in Annual Revenue
Banzai International announced it will acquire ConnectAndSell, an AI-powered sales platform, in a deal expected to close in early Q2 2026. The acquisition adds roughly $15 million in annual revenue to Banzai's marketing and sales software business.
ConnectAndSell helps B2B sales teams connect with qualified decision-makers using AI conversation intelligence. The platform analyzes sales calls to improve targeting, generate market insights, and coach reps on performance. Customers span healthcare, financial services, and technology sectors.
What the Deal Does for Banzai
Banzai currently focuses on marketing-audience targeting, engagement, and demand generation. ConnectAndSell fills a gap: sales acceleration and execution. Together, the combined platform would support customers across the entire go-to-market workflow.
Banzai sees cross-sell potential. It can introduce ConnectAndSell's capabilities to its 140,000-plus customers, including RBC, Dell Technologies, and Thermo Fisher Scientific. Meanwhile, Banzai can pitch its marketing tools to ConnectAndSell's customer base.
Joe Davy, Banzai's founder and CEO, said the deal aligns with the company's strategy of acquiring "proven AI-powered business solutions" that generate revenue.
What Sales Teams Should Know

ConnectAndSell customers should expect the platform to operate under Banzai's umbrella. Jonti McLaren, ConnectAndSell's president, said the acquisition positions the technology "within Banzai's AI-powered family of products" and creates "new opportunities to deliver value to customers at greater scale."
Both companies have signed a non-binding letter of intent. Final terms depend on executing a definitive agreement and meeting closing conditions.
