Beisen Holding Unveils AI Family 2.0 to Transform HR with AI-Driven Solutions
Beisen Holding Limited (HKE: 9669) recently hosted its third annual User Hero Conference in Shanghai, gathering over 2,000 HR professionals and industry leaders. The event, themed “Together into the AI Era of HR,” showcased the latest AI applications tailored to human resources challenges.
At the conference, Beisen officially launched AI Family 2.0, a platform that includes 10 AI assistants and more than 500 features, covering over 50 HR scenarios. This launch solidifies Beisen’s role as a frontrunner in HR SaaS and AI integration.
Proven AI Commercialization with Over 500 Clients
Since beginning its AI commercialization in 2024, Beisen has seen strong adoption of its AI Agent by more than 500 clients, generating contracts worth over RMB 20 million by August 2025. CEO Ji Weiguo highlighted the combination of three elements driving this success:
- Large-scale AI model technology
- Vertical-domain expertise with specialized data training
- Professional service capabilities
Beisen’s team includes over 200 psychological experts with two decades of experience in talent science. Their approach integrates professional talent management methods directly into the AI training architecture. This ensures that AI-assisted talent assessments remain accurate and tailored to industry needs, backed by customized service support.
AI Family 2.0: Enhancing Recruitment, Learning, and Performance
The AI Family 2.0 platform focuses on three main HR functions by providing specialized AI assistants that improve efficiency and decision-making.
AI Recruitment
The upgraded AI Interviewer 2.0 moves beyond traditional process-driven models to focus on intelligent candidate-job matching. It currently supports over 300 job roles across six industries, maintaining more than 90% consistency between human and machine assessments. The tool is protected by two patents.
For example, Jinghe Integrated reported a 39% increase in resume screening efficiency and an improvement in interview pass rates from 45% to 65% after adopting AI Interviewer.
AI Learning
The platform establishes a closed-loop “learning-practice-application” cycle supported by AI learning assistants and three types of AI coaches: professional competence, general competency, and leadership. China Pacific Insurance used AI coaching to enhance the training quality of new agents, while Ting Hsin International Group praised the AI Leadership Coach for its relevance and usability.
AI Performance
The AI Performance Assistant simplifies goal setting, evaluation, and feedback processes. It applies SMART principles to refine objectives and automates the generation of performance reviews, helping managers save time and improve accuracy.
Solid Financial Growth and Strategic Expansion
Beisen Holding’s fiscal year 2025 results reflect steady growth with total revenue reaching RMB 945.1 million, marking a 10.6% increase year-over-year. Cloud HCM solutions revenue grew 14.2% to RMB 721.8 million, and the company achieved a net operating cash inflow of RMB 76.8 million.
Subscription revenue retention stayed strong at 106%, with Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) reaching RMB 908.3 million, up 20.1%. The Core HCM integrated product ARR grew by 29%. The acquisition of Ku Xueyuan earlier in 2025 strengthened Beisen’s position in the learning cloud sector.
Looking ahead, the company expects overall profitability in fiscal year 2026. The national “AI+ Action” plan signals a shift in China’s AI development toward broad industrial adoption and deeper integration across sectors.
Ji Weiguo emphasized Beisen’s commitment to co-creating solutions with clients by continuously refining AI products to boost HR efficiency and support business growth. This approach is aimed at maintaining the company’s leading position and delivering long-term value to investors.
