Chinabank Fully Transitions Into AI-Powered Human Capital Management
MANILA, July 1, 2025 – China Banking Corporation (Chinabank), the Philippines' fourth-largest private universal bank, has completed its shift to Darwinbox, an AI-powered Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This transition establishes a fully digital HR ecosystem designed to optimize operations and improve the employee experience for over 11,000 employees nationwide.
The partnership began on December 6, 2024, at Chinabank’s Makati City headquarters. Within just five and a half months, the bank finished phase 1 of the platform implementation, which is now fully operational across its entire network. Internally called SyncHROne (pronounced "Sinkron"), the platform aligns with Chinabank’s One Chinabank identity initiative, focusing on unified and employee-centered innovation.
