Commvault Names Alan Atkinson as Chief Business Development Officer
Commvault, a leader in cyber resilience and data protection for hybrid cloud environments, has appointed Alan Atkinson as its first Chief Business Development Officer. In this role, Atkinson will focus on building strategic partnerships in next-generation technology and security, advancing co-development projects, and creating new go-to-market opportunities within the Business Development team led by Chief Trust Officer Danielle Sheer.
Strengthening Commvault’s Partner Strategy and Ecosystem
Alongside this appointment, Commvault brought on Michelle Graff as Senior Vice President of Global Partners and Channel. Graff will oversee the company’s global partner strategy, including partner sales, resellers, alliances, and partner program execution. Her focus will be on accelerating growth, fostering co-innovation, and delivering cloud and AI-forward solutions through the partner ecosystem.
Michelle Graff’s Extensive Leadership Experience
Graff brings over 25 years of experience in partner management and sales leadership. Before joining Commvault, she was Vice President of Global Channel Sales and Alliances at Securiti.ai, where she played a key role in building the company’s indirect revenue engine. Her background also includes leadership positions at HashiCorp, Pure Storage, and Palo Alto Networks, specializing in security, technology, and storage sectors.
