CREDAI Pune launches AI property search platform at general body meeting

CREDAI Pune unveiled CREDAIBILITY.AI, an AI-powered property search platform, during its general body meeting on March 15. The platform connects homebuyers with verified project information from CREDAI member developers, removing spam and unverified listings from the property discovery process.

More than 200 developers, industry experts and policymakers attended the meeting at the Sheraton Grand Pune. The gathering focused on the city's real estate sector and urban development strategy as Pune's population approaches seven million.

Infrastructure and connectivity drive growth

Murlidhar Mohol, the chief guest, said coordination between developers, government and citizens is essential to keep Pune liveable amid rapid expansion. He highlighted the construction sector's role in supporting planned development and modern infrastructure.

The Pune Metro has 32 km of operational track, with plans to expand to nearly 150 km. Improvements to air connectivity at Lohegaon Airport and regional infrastructure projects are also underway.

Transparency and collaboration on agenda

Manish Jain, CREDAI Pune president, said innovation and transparency are critical for shaping the city's future. He noted the association has partnered with the police department on Trafficure, a traffic management initiative currently being tested.

CREDAIBILITY.AI addresses a specific problem: homebuyers struggle to verify property information and avoid fraudulent listings. The platform consolidates data from verified developers, reducing friction in the search process.

For professionals in product development and IT, the launch demonstrates how industry associations are building proprietary tools to solve sector-specific problems. The platform combines data aggregation with verification - a pattern increasingly common across sectors managing information asymmetry.

CREDAI Pune said it will continue working with government agencies and industry stakeholders on transparency and sustainable development in the real estate sector.
