Deliverect Deploys AI Agents to Automate Menu Optimization and Revenue Protection for Global Restaurant Chains

Deliverect, a restaurant technology platform serving 95,000 locations across 78 countries, launched autonomous AI agents and smart assistants designed to increase digital sales, resolve technical issues, and eliminate weeks of manual work that typically costs tens of thousands of dollars.

The company processes 30 million API calls daily and has powered over one billion orders. Its clients include Burger King, KFC, Taco Bell, Papa John's, and Pret a Manger.

How the Agents Work

The Autonomous Menu Agents analyze purchasing data at individual locations and automatically reconfigure menu layout and visibility as orders come in. Items selling well gain prominence. Strategic upsells are introduced. Underperforming products are deprioritized.

Operators choose their objective-maximizing average order value, increasing order quantity, promoting high-margin products, or growing overall revenue. The menu optimizes itself continuously with no manual input required.

A separate set of agents monitors digital ordering operations in real time. They detect technical issues like unsynced menus, broken integrations, and undetected outages before they cost locations revenue. The agents diagnose root causes and resolve problems automatically.

Campaign Activation at Scale

Smart Assistants enable brands to transform digital menu presentation across hundreds of locations within minutes. The system generates themed backgrounds, localized descriptions, and promotional content in any language-useful for events like World Cup semi-finals or regional festivals.

The assistants change only the visual layer: backgrounds, imagery, and descriptions. They never modify the actual food items. Brands typically spend weeks coordinating these activations across teams and tens of thousands of dollars per campaign. The Smart Assistant eliminates both the timeline and cost.

Early Results

Before today's announcement, a Deliverect AI agent autonomously designed, deployed, and optimized a marketing promotion for KFC that produced a 118% increase in sales with no human involvement.

The platform is available immediately to existing clients in the United Kingdom, with rollout to Australia, New Zealand, and North America in the coming weeks.

Zhong Xu, CEO and co-founder of Deliverect, said: "These agents do not only assist human teams. They perform the work: optimizing every menu, protecting every dollar of digital income, and executing in minutes what used to take weeks and cost thousands of dollars."
